Faye's Personal Message:
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
I'm Faye Marsh from Andover Sound and I'll be joining others on the night of 26th February 2010 to raise money for the work of Alabare in Andover.
The Junction provides a safe space and advice service for 13-25 year olds living in the Test Valley area. It provides information on a range of issues including housing, employment, education, health and relationships, as well as signposting people to other appropriate services or agencies. Opportunities to get involved with a national youth volunteering programme are available through vinvolved, follow link for more information.
The Junction also has a fully equipped Internet café and is now registered as an Online Learning Centre, offering a wide range of online support including courses
Sarum House is a hostel for young people aged between 16 and 25 who are homeless, facing homelessness or in need of structured support. It provides 24-hour low-level support to a maximum of 18 people with a variety of complex needs, including those leaving custodial sentences.
Making a donation through Charity Giving is simple. charitygiving.co.uk is operated by The Dove Trust, a charity with over 25 years experience of helping individuals, charities and good causes globally, so your giving is safe and secure.
Charity Giving will reclaim gift aid tax on your donation (if you are a UK taxpayer), meaning any donation is worth around 25% more. They also charge less than other fundraising websites, so more money goes to this great cause!
