Thank you for visiting this online fundraising page.
Making donations through CharityGiving is simple, and you can use most debit or credit cards, or paypal. CharityGiving is operated by The Dove Trust, a charity with almost 30 years' experience of helping individuals, charities and good causes globally, so your giving is safe and secure. Your donation goes to The Dove Trust who allocate it to an account for this page, and then it is paid out along with all the other donations and gift aid tax reclaimed, minus the costs involved.
CharityGiving will reclaim gift aid tax on your donation (if you are a UK taxpayer), meaning any donation is worth around 25% more. They also take a lot less to cover costs than most other fundraising websites, so more of your money goes to charity!
Thanks again for your support!

We are raising money for International Porter Protection Group ( IPPG ):
IPPG aims to raise awareness amongst trekkers and porters to the importance of altitude illness to avoid unnecessary tragic deaths in the mountains
We aim for every porter to have:
- Access to adequate clothing, boots, shelter and food (appropriate to the altitude and weather) - Medical care when ill or injured - Insurance
In addition we maintain a porters shelter and medical rescue post in Machermo, Nepal to improve porter welfare, and are currently in the process of building a similar post in Gokyo.
