I have LONG hair, and I DO NOT WANT SHORT hair. So logically I have decided to CHOP my hair OFF!
I am not just being nutty-It is for a VERY good cause! From now until the beginning of February I am going to be raising money for Chelsea's Angels-a phenomenal non profit charity whose work is nothing short of miraculous! At the end of this time I am going to cut a minimum of 10 inches of my hair and donate it to be made into a wig for a child suffering from Cancer. All the donations made will go directly to Chelsea's Angels-a charity founded in honor of a beautiful little girl named Chelsea who was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma at only 2 years old-and breathtakingly after 2 painful years of battling with this atrocious illness Chelsea lost her fight. Honoring Chelseas life, VOLUNTEERS work tirelessly to offer many types of support not only to children who are diagnosed with RARE cancers but also to grieving family members. Some of the AMAZING things they have done include making a childs wish come true by organizing a safe trip or providing a gift that brings joy in the midst of such darkness, they also offer funding for families who need to travel for treatment, or support for families members having to cope with such an indescribable matter. Not to mention the 100s of other TREMENDOUS things the Charity has or can do! So PLEASE consider having just one less pint of beer on a Friday or one less non essential item this month-every single penny counts-and to be able to bring a smile to a child suffering with such a condition is PRICELESS!

Jessica is raising money for Chelsea's Angels:
Chelsea's Angels aim is to help children diagnosed with Neuroblastoma and other rare cancers. We will determine if the cancer is rare, based on the statistics of 100 children per year are diagnosed with Neuroblastoma. So if the cancer you child is diagnosed with is along this figure we hope to help.
We would like to help in many ways, help towards a day trip or holiday; a gift or maybe you are thinking of re-desiging your childs bedroom or the garden and need help with that.
We also recognise the financial strains on families where your child has been diagnosed with cancer. We want to help with costs of treatments, maybe homeopathic medicines, equipment needed at home or organic diet. We can also help with general financial difficulties, a gas bill or phone bill that needs paying.
We look to donate around £250 per child for each gift/help. But this will depend on each child/families individual case and the decision of Chelsea's Angels trustees.
