Thank you for visiting our sponsorship page. On 25 - 27 September this year, we will be taking part in a 3-day coast to coast cycle ride to raise funds for Jonny Hill, an avid sportsman / motorcyclist and good friend to us all, who was seriously injured in a motorcycle racing accident. Jonny suffered multiple physical and neurological injuries in a high speed collision, recovery is slow and looking good so far, but has a very long road ahead to get out of hospital and back on his feet.
We thought a 2 wheeled event and a tough one (being Jonny's attraction) would be a great way to rally his friends round in to feeling we all can help and have some input to his recovery.
We're hoping that through the help of friends and colleagues that we can raise money to assist with additional therapy that will be needed to get him further along the road to recovery and probably requires private funding.
Jonny's direct family are not involved with this event but are delighted to let us take our idea forward with a view to assisting his rehabilitation program in a way that will suit his needs when the time comes. If circumstances change and no additional private support is necessary the money raised will go to a charity with links to Jonny's health care, chosen by his family.
