|
Hello everyone and thank you for visiting our fundraising page.
The Challenge: One Humongous mountain Two months to recover Three wise men (Andy, Mark and David!!!) Four months to lose the excess body fat Five thousand, eight hundred and ninety six metres to conquer Six blisters each (rough estimate) Seven slightly disillusioned, significantly undertrained, highly imaginative friends (Mark Berry, Shona Baillie, Rachel Small, Oliva Steenson, Andy Whittet, Shirley Berry and David Berry).
On July 9th 2010 the challenge commences. Support us as we crawl our way up the highest free standing mountain in the world with the aim of raising as much money as possible for Dwelling places. So dig deep and contribute to this worthy cause.
Charity Giving will reclaim gift aid tax on your donation (if you are a UK taxpayer), meaning any donation is worth around 25% more. They also charge less than other fundraising websites, so more money goes to this great cause!
So please sponsor us now and thank you, thank you, thank you!

We are raising money for Dwellin Places International:
ALL the money raised will go towards our chosen charity - Dwelling Places Dwelling Places is a Christian, non-governmental organization dedicated to removing children from the streets, rebuilding broken families and restoring broken individuals with the love of Jesus Christ.
Their Vision A society where every child has a chest to rest his head and a place to call home.
Their Mission Their mission is two fold: Dwelling Places works to rescue, rehabilitate and reconcile street children with their families. And we speak out for children at risk - informing, motivating and equipping local families and communities to promote positive change in the Ugandan society.
