GoldDigger is a charity on a mission to override the woeful values sold to us by mainstream media.
Founded out of a passion to speak out messages of good sense, positive self esteem and confidence in who you are (with a specific teaching stream for teenage girls), GoldDigger promotes itself as a girl band having worked with a top production team to put together a cleverly crafted performance aimed to both entertain and educate young people. The messages of their performance cover issues such as self harm, sex and relationships, self esteem, individuality, alcohol abuse and many more. Yet this is not all, GoldDigger deliver relevant and interactive teaching sessions which cut to the core of these issues and challenge young people to make positive lifestyle choices.
GoldDigger Trust exists because individuals have seen purpose in its vision and have faithfully supported the work both financially and with their time and commitment. Donations to GoldDigger Trust will enable more work to be done with young people. We are looking for an army of Golddiggers to support us in our aims.
Please consider supporting GoldDigger Trust regularly, or in a one off donation and for your interest, or to help you to decide how much you would like to give we'd like you to know;
£100 would provide a road-show with an hours valuable teaching on self esteem to a primary school or a whole secondary school year group,
£350 would enable a song to be written and performed time and time again challenging another issue affecting young people,
£60 would enable one teenage girl to be on our 8 week girls course ''I'm the girl I want to be' giving her a 1:1 mentoring time each week and support, discussion and advice on self worth, sex and relationships,
£200 would provide us with a media clip to communicate vital teaching material in a multimedia road-show or performance,
Other areas your donations could invest into include technical sound equipment, lighting, staging, workshops in schools, assemblies, girls conference days, teaching resources, transportation to schools and events. Please contact us ( info@golddigger.org.uk) if you would like your donation to match up to a particular area, otherwise your money will be allocated where we see the need is greatest.
