I will be carrying out the Upper Tamar Sprint distance Triathlon on the 29th April 2012 in aid of Shekinah mission a local charity which helps regenerate lives by tackling the complex issues of homelessness, substance misuse and social exclusion amongst adults and teens in Plymouth and Torbay.
The Triathlon will consist of a 750mtr open water swim followed immediatly by a 20 km cycle followed by a 5 km run and will be around the upper Tamar Lake (details in the link below)
